After eighteen years in high-stakes business environments — guiding revenue strategy, managing national accounts, analyzing performance signals, and shaping training at scale — she shifted her focus to building a new class of decision architecture.

At Birch & Iron, she is the creator of the Signal Engine: a framework that unifies behavioral insight, cultural pattern recognition, and data-driven logic into a single strategic system.
